Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital confirmation.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
